I'm trying to verify my bank account, yet to no avail.
Apparently when I do the "fast option" the verification never goes through. I'm running out of time and patience, so I selected the Bank Statement one.
But my bank statement is too small, it's only 56 KBs. It's not my fault I only did one transaction, because I use my main currency to pay on daily basis, not euro.
What can I do to PUT the bank statement so that I can receive payment for what I have sold?

You are in Poland and will have difficulty in selling from there if using a UK registered account which requires an eBay UK Selling account setup including UK based Banking Current account details for Managed Payments using these links >

You may have less difficulty by using a Eurozone € site of choice to sell.

Hi stanbate_0, thanks for your post.
The amount of transactions within the statements wouldn't be relevant, and normally, a PDF file would be heavier than that. I am thinking that you might be uploading a screenshot or something similar like that, which are normally lighters, and in that case it won't be accepted. If you upload the document in full in a PDF file that should be no problem. However, if you keep running into the same issue, I'd suggest contacting the customer support team from your region, so they can look into it for you, and assist further. Since we only handle UK accounts over here, we wouldn't be able to provide further assistance, as policies and/or procedures might be different in your region.
Hope this helps,
Marco

Would the OP be able to verify his bank account when he's registered in Poland?
I understood a UK registered eBay account had to be registered with a UK bank account and any EU eBay registration with an EU bank

Good question, 61stephenuk.
I'm presuming that they're referring to a bank account that they are able to add, the OP is not registered in this region, so they are most likely referring to a bank account from their region.
If you have a UK eBay account, you won't be able to add a bank account from other region as we won't accept it, but a fair question since we don't have full visibility on this one. 👍
