Hi,
Hopefully a simple one, I'm struggling adding a new card to my payment method and also managing my existing cards, don't seem to be able to amend anything (not responding to anything)

Go to My eBay or hub Account tab > Payments > manage or delete

Hello, I am struggling with the same problem and going round in circles. This is happening on both my iMac and my MacBook.
1. I get to a page headed 'Payment method' with various options and 'Back' and 'Save' buttons, neither of which work, the 'Save' being greyed out.
2. I get to a page headed 'Payments' showing my Ebay Balance in a big blue box at the top. It has a list of various 'Cards and Accounts' with Edit, Manage and Delete buttons, also an Add Card option. None of these buttons work.
My money is locked behind a system that is unusable.

I believe I sent you the images you asked for but I don't know how and I can't find any record of such.
I saw your message about being away until early December, which wasn't a problem for me. However my funds are still on hold and the buttons that would allow that to change are still greyed out so I would appreciate if you could help me get this resolved quickly please.

That has fixed it! I had tried different machines but not different browsers but switching browsers has solved the problem.
