Yeah i remember buying a batch of these off Ebay a couple of years ago and the vast majority were Dutch and USA. Was there more issued from these teams than of others?

yes!! these 2 teams were the dummies of the packets, just like germany and bulgaria of euro 2004 !!

any ways after that 2006 panini issues became more assorted!!
