wrong packaged recieved and wrong address on package

on 24 oct i paid for a new slow cooker from a seller from ebay . on 25 oct i recieved a message from his courier saying they had the parcel and would let me know about delivery.on the couriers message it stated the wrong door number .i am 1 and parcel showed 35. the courier informed me that the seller  can only change address left a message for seller no reply. anyway parcel arrived 27 oct. due to courier knowing by my name that 35 was wrong address .opened package and it was a phone case. have sent a few messages with photo of package to seller upto now still no reply. messaged ebay said they cant do anything so i have the wrong package and nobody wants to know

No need to message anyone when this happens and you get the wrong item open a return case.

Find the item in your purchases and to the right under More Actions select return this item 'doesnt match description or pictures' seller should send prepaid return label,and refund after return is received.
