Can some one guide me on point that buyer gave negative feed back with in appropriate wordings. Took matter with ebay and explained with my messages to him that I offered 2/3 times to return item with full refund. Buyer demand for a 99p stuff was not justified. Ebay convinced that wording were against ebay policies and kindly removed them. If some one can see from my feed back of over 20 years with ebay that I was all times very helpfull to buyers and immediately refunded money where buyer was not happy with item, But this 1 negative feed back still showing in my seller status reducing my 100% performance to 97%. Is there any way I can plead my case to delete it from my status, Thanks
