won item but seller has re listed the same item with same pics

hi i won a bid for a retro console and was very happy just by chance i looked again in the search  to see if any others was going for around the same price I payed and then noticed the same seller has re posted the same item with the same pics and same description as the console I won what do I do if the seller refuses to send the item and has now relisted it the pic is of the item i won and the listing id is exactly the same what do I do to get the item

Sellers sometimes refuse to sell if an item didn't reach the price they wanted, but this seller has relisted the item for the same price which suggests that they may have relisted it by mistake. 

They can't have cancelled the sale because you didn't pay. The auction only ended yesterday and sellers have to allow four days before cancelling for non-payment.

The best thing to do is to message them to ask about this? By the way, I take it you saw that the seller described the item as not working? This isn't allowed, as eBay requires items in "acceptable" condition  to be still in usable condition. If you didn't realise this you could ask the seller to cancel your sale. It would be sensible for them to agree as if they refuse you could probably use eBay's money back guarantee to get a full refund. The seller would also have to send a prepaid return label if they want it back.

hi thanks for the advice i have just checked and the seller has ended the relisting and tracking info has been generated on the one i won also i did know the item dose not work so i am happy with that as i try to repair consoles and if i cant i still like to have a non working one in my collection or for parts
