I recently sold an item on behalf of a friend...it was 2 boxes containing astrology items/tarot cards etc...mixed lot basically...some of the items were loose whereas there were also sealed bags. The buyer has requested return as some of tarot cards are missing but he refuses to pay for return postage, and insists that I am responsible. Is he right?
