verify age by credit card

I’m 55 and trying to purchase some cutlery. I get the blades security safeguard stuff but one option of credit card is very poor and mildly offensive for people who don’t have one and therefore can’t purchase the item.

Does anyone have a way around this.

eBay only accepts a credit card as proof of age for bladed items,there is no workaround.

The only alternative to buy from eBay is to ask a friend/relative to buy it for you and you repay them.
