I have paid eBay 19.99 for trousers. nothing delivered since payment made and no record in purchase history. All the advice from  the AI chat advisor needs an order number so is no help. is it possible to contact eBay any other way>

If you bought before your account was fully set up here's how to claim as "guest" buyer:

The other possibility is that the seller has been suspended, and their account and the item have been removed from ebay.   If so you would have to contact your payment provider about getting a refund.

Thanks for the advice. I also emailed eBay and will wait for their response before deciding what to do.
