I bought a set of chairs and have paid by card for the purchase, the details show that the items have been paid for.
The seller is saying that he is getting a message saying that he is unable to send address details until the item is paid for.
We seem to be at an impasse as somehow his end doesn't seem to recognise that the payment has been made... any ideas on a way forward?
