unable to list a location

My post is asking for a location before it will post, I have mentioned the location several times in description

I can't find a specific box to put location in 

Any help appreciated

Towards the bottom of listing form under PREFERENCES.

the only option it gives is cash on collection

Do you not have this on your listing form, it is not to do with payment. Just click on the pencil in top fight to edit.
