trying to rectify issue of pending payment

I sold this item a few days ago but did not use the eBay label route for delivery. I wanted to send it to the customer the next day but forgot to remove the label. The customer has received the item and left feedback. I understand that the payment will not come through until confirmation of delivery. Please what can I do to submit this item as delivered and received by buyer? (to stop this pending payment issue)

The payment should come through anyway but after 14 days.     See if you can add the new tracking number.   To do that you still need to generate the original prepaid label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That needs to be done on a desktop browser.
