trying to get an Evri Label

eBay keeps doing Royal Mail labels instead of the Evri I want

is there any way to make sure eBay simple delivery generates an Evri label

when I take a larger parcel that Evri would accept (longer than 61cms ) to drop off at post office, with the royal label, the post office will not accept it

what am I doing wrong?

my primary service is Evri tracked 2-3 working days in view postage policy

Postage costs say Evri

domestic Postage paragraph on all listings says

'Simple Delivery

Prepaid Evri label provided Full protection and tracking1–3 working days'

Under choose couriers I have Royal Mail toggled off and Evri on

Apologies for late reply,  I have just seen this question was unanswered,  please ignore if you have solved the problem!

The problem with sending something over 61cm, is that a technical issue occurs with Simple Delivery not showing Custom Postage which should be available for oversize items.  This could be causing the issue in not showing the postage service you wish to use.

There is a workaround.
