tracking details in ebay app isnt updated

I sold an item on ebay, I git tracking etc so I can be paid early but the app isn't up to date and still waiting on delivery. it was delivered yesterday. thanku

Tracking is not in sync sometimes with eBay and with a Bank Holiday it may not show delivery for a few days.

By mid week if it's still not showing delivered,  contact eBay Customer Services with the tracking details, for your payout to be released sooner.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
