If you bought the item less than a month ago, you can start a return through Ebay.

if you open an eBay case they cannot ignore you, have you opened a case and if so what kind of case?

It arived damidged
I sent photos
They offerd to re send goods
I refused requesting full re fund
As there packing depo got it wrong
Ididnot trust ferther goods to arive in tacket
As I informed them i do not have a printer i cant print the retern lables
I have not heard a wered from them since

Have you started a return case through Ebay?
If you have, and the seller has provided a label for you to print, it is up to you to get it printed and send the item back.

The seller does not have to do anything now until they get the item back.

Go to a print shop or ask a friend with a printer to print the label.

Arrived damaged should be the reason for opening a return case. Ebay should then deal with refund, that is what you pay buyer protection for.

That's not what buyer protection is for!

 

The buyer is covered by the money back guarantee, the seller is covered by seller protection given by SD.

Here's how to proceed @attworicha   but you have to be within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery,  then you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

 

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

 

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.
