sizes missing. Why are there some sizes missing from the drop down lists for women's clothing, and

Can anyone explain why the larger sizes of clothing are not listed on the drop down menu sin women's wear? Also, why has the "all filters" option been deleted.  I find it annoying to have to pick each filter separately in stead of using the all filters option.
