Today sold an item with Simple Delivery.
I choose the correct size and weight ie up to 1 kg ,61 X46 X46 - the cost is the same as for the lower first two size categories
Problem arises with the postage label generated as it clearly stated " large Letter up to 100g" - as a consequence Post Office refused to accept parcel.
You cannot alter this yourself or cancel the label
Anyone else had this issue?
