simple delivery is not an improvement

I have just received an email from ebay re selling - it tells me to "Sit back and relax Have items collected from the comfort of your own home." I have been doing this for the last 5 years at least. Now that Simple Delivery has been introduced for private sellers like me, I find there is actually NO option listed to have items picked up from home. I am moderately disabled and  cannot 'just pop' my item either to the  Post Office or the nearest store. What am I supposed to do????

You can still have items collected from home.

You would have to deselect Evri and only use Royal Mail.

You would have to print your own labels but you can then book a home collection from RM.

My reading of the email is that the collection reference is to selling items for collection by the buyer, not to sales using SD.
