My shop was suspended for verification ID issues, also another shop with payment on hold because the item was delivered by myself with no TN. The buyer left a comment in our chat with all good, but doesn't know leave feedbacks, All was chatted about but still not sorted out and can't talk even chat with an assistant, how can I sort it out, I want my shop back, get the payment and list some more.

It looks as if you still have items for sale so it doesn't seem to be a permanent suspension.

The biggest issue is that you had two accounts, trading on both and clearly a business but you have a private Ebay account and a 'no returns' policy which is unlawful.

Upgrade to a business account and sort out the ID issues with Ebay and that may resolve your issues.
