I used Simple Delivery recently and sent 3 orders on 2nd April. One of the buyers contacted me today saying it had not been delivered. I checked the tracking and it said it had been picked up so it's not even out for delivery. What a farce this is. I checke the other two and 1 said the same and the 3rd one had been delivered. Only 3 deliveries and 2 haven't been delivered since 2nd Apr. I am going to make sure I toggle Evri off on my future listings.
I reaslise ebay will be liable but what is the time after sending that the buyer can make a claim?
