sent a replacement for faulty item and replacement is faulty after 4 weeks.

I bought a treadmill from bargainbay_2016 and after 6 weeks it started to give off a terrible burning smell.

I contacted the seller and they picked it up and sent a replacement.

After only 4 weeks the replacement started to make a grinding noise and gave off the same terrible burning smell.

I contacted the seller again asking for a refund as I was refusing the treadmill, and they are not replying.

I am over 70 years old and the treadmill has had only light use.

Any advice on what to do, before going through county court,  would be appreciated.

I'm very sorry but replacements are not under any eBay guarantee , so eBay cannot be pursued for any refund.

Was this purchased from a UK registered business who offered a guarantee / warranty that they are now not complying to?  Then,  you'll need to turn to your payment provider now for help with your refund.
