Hello 

Recently the items I have sold, I can see that the buyer has paid for postage but there is no label available for postage and so I am therefore paying for postage, is this anyone else's experience? 

BTW I think it is really rubbish that I cannot access an eBay rep and we are having to do all the work!! 

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Your most recent sale sold with Simple Delivery.

When you look at the item in your 'orders', you should be able to access the label from 'view order details' and 'get label'.

The only way to see a buyer's address is by accessing the label so I don't understand how you are able to post items to the address the buyer chooses at checkout if there is no label.
