I'll never sell an item on eBay again. What a horrible customer experience. I just want to speak to a human being but they do everything they can to make sure this is not possible.
All I want to know is after selling an item and have passed the 30 days return period can the customer come back for a return after this?
I want to buy a new camera with the money I got for selling an old one. But want to make sure that there is no chance the customer can return the item and ask for a refund now it's passed the 30 day mark
Thanks for any help D

The buyer cannot open a case with eBay after the 30 days from delivery has passed but they may be able to open a claim with their payment provider Paypal, bank etc most institutions have a 120 day limit.

They cannot claim any refund from eBay, if 30 days have passed the item's last estimated date for delivery. A case may be opened but they will not be able to escalate it, and it will just time out and close.
However!
They can turn to their payment provider for help with a refund , with a chargeback.

Does that mean I would have to pay for the chargeback or is it an insurance thing with there payment provider?
Many thanks
Best regards
