selling a listing

I listed an item, initially stating delivery to UK only, however someone in Australia has contacted me to see if I would deliver there. I said I would but when they go to purchase the listing it says delivery to UK only.  Can anyone tell me how to change the delivery to allow them to buy the listing, thank you

If you want to send via the UK hub you can opt into eBay's Global Shipping here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf

You may have to end your listing (via the dropdown menu on right of it on your selling list) and relist after opting in.

Or if you want to send direct (usually cheaper for the buyer) you can revise your listing using the link at top left of listing and add international postage.   Check Royal Mail website for prices.

You can add buyer to your exemption list, but if not already loaded you must add postage cost to item, otherwise while they might be able to buy they cannot pay.
