seller refuse to cancell

i bought item that was collection only by mistake, Ive asked to cancel the purchase, as i cannot collect it,they have refused on the basis theyve posted it now,and left a fake tracking number,which has started the postage senario off with ebay ,bearing in mind its collection only ,and theres nothing on ebay to report it under,...should i wait till it arrives ..which it wont....then this puts me in a difficult position of , do i go down the not recieved item item route to get my money back , when ive clealry said to the seller i cannot collect it ,as its collection only,so they say theve posted it now ,so what do i do, any help please!!!!!!

Wait a few days and you should be able to open a not received case.  Escalate it after 3 working days to get refund.
