seller not replying to messages about collection. its been 24 hours and not a single reply. I paid instantly using PayPal . the seller has 1 feedback so presuming the worst. what's the quickest way to refund the money?

Being a new seller they may not be familiar with checking their messages, so give them a little more time to reply.

End of the day it's usually a 7 day period to lapse before you'll need to open a case for item not received.
