I am disabled and purchased a nebuliser oxygen  machine from someone i think was called ...never arrived and does not show up on my purchase history has anyone else had dealings with this person??

Nebulizers are not allowed to be sold on eBay,it's possible eBay have removed the item,you will have to contact them here https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkpid= and ask for a refund to be sorted.
