I bought a phone and I want to return it, but in the meantime I lost my eBay account data and I can't find the product among the purchased items. How can I return it?

Do you mean you bought as a guest without being logged into the account you have posted from?

As long as you received the phone less than 30 days ago, you can open a return.

Find the email you got from Ebay when you paid and/or use the link below.

I do wish eBay would ask people with questions to provide at least basic information.

When did you buy this phone, and how did you pay? What is the reason for returning it? Is your seller a private seller, or a business? In the UK, or abroad? What is their returns policy? (This will be statedin the listing.) Did you buy it through your eBay account, or as a guest user?

The procedure you need to follow and any rights you may have will depend upon this information.
