as the title suggests, had to post with royal mail tracked 24 instead of evri as two shops i went too on the way home from work machines were down and not working, in haste i got worried and sent by royal mail and paid the postage myself.
I have informed the buyer of this and sent him the tracking details.
Now im worried i wont get paid for the item as i had already generated the evri label and it says i cannot cancel the label as it was pre paid.
Any help greatly appreciated! Thank you
