my seller has received my item back, but i need to press the SENT button to enable him to issue refund. any idea what/where i'll find the SENT button?

If you didn't use the ebay return request process the option to mark as sent won't be available to you.

Have you actually opened a return case through eBay's system?  Or is this some "do it yourself" arrangement with the seller?  Only the money back guarantee works!

Normally the system is "buyer opens case"/ "seller sends label"/ "buyer labels parcel and sends off" / "seller receives tracked parcel - parcel shows eBay as received" "seller issues refund through case". /  

It's all largely automatic and does not involve the buyer after despatch

hello plum993,,,,would you happen to know how I could get it shown as sent? I tried getting the QR code scanned at Post Office but that doesn't resolve it.
