Accept the return and provide a label.

If you don't do this, then the buyer can ask Ebay to step in and you could lose your money without getting the item back.

Accept the return and provide a prepaid return label and refund within 3 days of getting the item back,or ebay can take over if you refuse.

If the buyer wins the case and it closes, and the item is not returned in the same condition as sent etc, you get 30 days to appeal the decision Appeal the outcome of a case as a seller | eBay
