My Grand daughter wanted a Christmas decoration listed as crystal glass but on arrival it is obviously plastic and nothing like the enhanced photo.
I asked for a return stating it was not as described but Ebay are asking for a photo. How can a photo show it is plastic a very soft plastic which bends out of shape and not glass. I know this is a cheap item but it is annoying that these items seem to be impossible to return without a lot of hassle. Do I have to take a photo or can I use the photo used in the listing
