I wonder why the postage is - say for a CD £1.50 and if I increase the price, the postage is £2.50 for the same item?! Doesn't Royal Mail follow weight? Furthermore, once the delivery option is available it is not available the second time! - for the same item.
Why are all the "help" pages completely useless?
