Hello, I bought a diamond ring with 7 small diamonds stating it was sparkly and elegant. It is elegant but not sparkly. There is a sheen to it under good light but not what I expected, more matt. It is a nice vintage ring and I have bought this type of ring before with old cut diamonds and they have  much more of a glow, but I am disappointed in this ring. The photos from the seller were under flash mostly which gave them a bit of shine.  would I be entitled to a return.?

From what you say if you open a "not as described" return you would get a refund.   If necessary escalate to ebay after 3 complete working days.

Thank you , I was just wondering if Ebay would be on my side so to speak, but you are right its not as described.

ebay always tend to side with buyers.   The system is more or less automatic anyway so your case would be accepted.
