report a seller after 90 day window

I received an email from eBay saying that the battery I bought maybe unsafe and to contact the seller. Seller refuses to answer my emails, what a surprise! How can I contact ebay for help? I'm just going around in circles because the item is not listed because it is was purchased more than 90 days ago. Is there an email address directly to customer service? Thanks

Unfortunately although ebay send out this information they won't do anything to help.    Their deadie for claims is still 30 days from date of deilvery.    Contact your payment provider and see if they can help.
