relisting items after changing from below standard to above standard

ebay wiped off 700 items off my stock as they would nt relist them . now i am above standard after 6 months i cannot access my delisted items. all i get is this....

Listings don't stay on the site forever,so they stay for 60 days in my ebay and 90 days if you use the seller hub.
