refund

Last October I purchased some vinal records. There were some LP's and one single. I received the LP's but the seller couldn't find the single. She promised to find it and send it on. There was an individual price for each item but I paid as a whole. I was happy at the time and gave her a positive feed back. I never received the single and the seller agreed to a refund. I have all the e-mails. The last one being January this year, in which I asked for a form to change my feedback, after which she blocked me. I've tried to inform everybody like e-bay, PayPal and my bank. Nobody is interested and keep passing the buck. It is nearly a year now and I have had no help off of anyone and I don't understand why. It's not that I haven't tried, I just get excuses. The seller owes me £60, which for me, as a pensioner of 74, is a lot of money. Can anyone help me, please. Thank you.

Re: refund

I am so sorry,  but you have waited far too long to receive any refund from eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy and too long to claim from your payment provider too.

Never listen to seller's ' promises'  for resending a missing item, if it's not turning up in a few days you wait no longer and as this was one purchase and only part of the item received a case for item not as described needed to be opened citing.... Item Does not Match Description or Photos,  or ' Missing Parts'.  This gives the seller 3 days to fully refund you or send a label for the remaining item to be sent back.

If neither happens,  you escalate the case on day 4,  and eBay step in and force the refund.

eBay's MBG is written on every listing,  I've included a link for it below.  Please familiarise yourself with it,  as it could save you money in the future.

Re: refund

“The last one being January this year, in which I asked for a form to change my feedback”

Did you originally leave a negative, if so seller has to send you a feedback revision request. If you left positive then it cannot be changed.

If leaving a negative at any time, never change unless any problem has been resolved. Promises I am afraid mean nothing to many sellers.

Again for information only, refunds can only be made through ebay up to 90 days, once past that it has to be by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
