refund for postage label - buyer cancelled

Ebay charged me for the postage label for an item I sold. The buyer then cancelled. How do I get a refund for the label?

After cancellation the refund for the Simple Delivery postage label should take place automatically to whoever paid for it.   Doesn't happen right away though.
