Showing results for I have had my items reduced to sell from over 2000 to 680 because of items from Royal Mail and my name and address on the back not received. I find now with eBay 4 out 5 items have not been received. I now refuse to pay back so eBay take it from my account. I have the receipt to say gone out from the post office (not signed for as some ore items for £3 to £5

unless you can prove delivery with tracking you cannot win a case and if you refuse and eBay have to force a refund you get a defect.

Defects seriously damage your account.

Now that eBay have flagged you the next possibility is that you will be highlighted as a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.
