i now get a lettere stating from the bank that ebay be leave it wwasnt fruad and i did make the purchace
even though i was told by the bank it could of been the case of my card being skimmed at the sho i used localy
as thats was teh previous use of my card in put in it in a cashj mashiine
and not using the contactless way i normaly do
so i told the bank that re cived a email form ebay sdstaing they believe its nwas not fraud i di make the purchaes weich i didn t and i tiold them i did not nake it as they were well away

It appears these purchases went through your ebay account and were paid for with a card that you presumably had linked to that account.
So it's not a simple case of a unauthorised transaction on your payment card, but that you have somehow given someone access to your ebay account.
When purchases appear on someone's ebay account then ebay are much more likely to say the ebay account owner made those purchases, especially if the cards were sent to an address the hacker added to your account. They only have your word that you didn't do those things.
You have to keep dealing with your bank and hope they support you.

turns out eh card that was linked to the ebay account was a previous card ending in a diffeent number than the one i had been issued
was told by ebay it dont matter if its not the righ tccard its be casue you have your bank accoutn addred to the ebay account for purchases and payments so withc ever card is attartch to that it wouldnt matter its the accoutn from the bank it comes from

and as it states ebay pay for the items first then tskes it form your bank or payment you choose and as for the cards that weree brough stated tehy were dent direct with they was not not even a email not even a purchase email in ebay as they check so that obvoius not then to take my word for it its sshown proof its not been done
also for some reason the adisor stated they didnt no both items that were purchased awere put in hidden
i dont hide my purchases
why would i its no like i got a parner i buying stuff for and dont want them to see it
to be ghonest the hidden feture is a waste of time
and the advissor did state wen i spoke to them i didn t no put them in hiden it was done that en not my end
clever tech buff that one
so waht with all this and the telepone casll re cored for training purpases (suposably)
the fraud team with the bank will deal with it with them as eh y havve the details and seen were my last actuall purchases wewre made
and no code was sent to my phoen for appoval to buy anything as thats how its set up
thansk for your advise adn hope my replays was not to condsending or out spoken paps
withc is *bleep* the bank sasy other wise you cant use a card with a different number agains the accoutn if you already have been issued a new card as that card number wont work regardless wther the bank account is attachted th ethe ebay account its for reciveing payments only not for taking money out

dont ive my accunt to any one tto sign in your got to either put in a code with cis sent to your phone via text thought thats wot 2 factor security ment to be and also nbank has to autherise approve payment as well but a notification to the phone stating aa payment needs approving
