purchased item has not arrived

Well, I purchased chocolates from one seller on the 13th, no communication since that, and on the 23rd, the seller provided me with the wrong tracking details, which say delivered on the 17th. I reported to eBay, and they closed my case in 5 minutes, saying the seller had provided tracking details without checking properly tracking details.

I have sent an email back to the station. The tracking details were wrong, the wrong address, and the incorrect weight. But I haven't heard back from ebay on that.

If you have tracking showing a different postcode and address  your item was sent to,  to the address you have registered on your delivery details,  check your eBay account,  then contact eBay Customer Services with this information.

 

I recommend only contacting CS first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends,  there's more chance of Dublin answering,  only speak to them.  It's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones from the Emerald Isles.

 

Do make sure those tracking details showing the postcode and address the item was sent to, is different from the one you have on your delivery details.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

If the advice already given does not work, contact your payment provider, they should be more helpful.

This sounds like a deliberate attempt y seller to a oid refunding, so remember that when leaving feedback.
