printed label, wouldn't scan, so i paid for my own postage, now i can't get paid

I had a problem with the label scanning, so i paid the post office to send. Not thinking. I have the tracking number and therefore know the goods are delivered. 

The buyer also confirmed the goods are delivered, but now i can not get paid as he has not clicked recieved. How do i deal with the issue?

Contact ebay and they will change the tracking number for you.   You can use callback on here:
