prepaid delivery labels

hi can anyone help please, ive sold 2 items on ebay and when i try to generate the prepaid postage label i get the message, post from postcode is not valid. ive checked my postcode and it is correct, this has happened before and i ended up paying for the postage out of my own pocket even though the buyer had already paid for delivery when they bought the item, this is getting frustrating for me and ive tried to ask ebay but they just didnt get what i was trying to say. has this happened to anyone else and how did you resolve it please ,many thanks.

Try re-entering your postcode.  Make sure there are no commas or fullstops in the wrong place.  Anything at all.   Here's a direct link:

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

If it continues you could list with free postage, adding the cost to the item price.    Then if you have to buy the postage yourself you can at least get a refund for the original label.

Try entering your post code on google. That should show if any errors, a favourite one is entering 0 number instead of O letter or vice versa.

If hand written would not make any difference but to machines, cannot be accepted.
