i have to  ebay to make me 2.50 postage  postage  i sell coins all about 1.50 trying to set up the royal mail side to list them at 1.40 that is the postage of a first postage i dont understand ebay ????????????

You need to change your category to

 Germany

in Coins > Coins > European

 

Doing this will bring up CUSTOM POSTAGE on the listing form and you can then use your own postage and not ebay’s Simple postage, see below
