I clicked on the QR code to send my parcel and realised that I had set it as a small letter which Royal mail would not accept so now need to change to parcel. I am paying the fees. says out for dispatch when shouldn’t really has never sent just clicked on the QR code!

Using a laptop / PC and Chrome you may be able to manually change the tracking on the item, if not,  you'll need to contact eBay Customer Services,  they will do this for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
