Hello.My parcel is too big for the postage label. Ebay has charged the buyer for postage. I want to cancel the postage and get the right postage but its not letting me cancel old postage so i can buy a new one. Please help.thank you

You may need to wait 24 hours for the label to appear before you can cancel it for a refund.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

If for whatever reason you cannot buy another label from eBay, just take the item to your Post Office and b uy over the counter postage.

You will then need to manually mark the item as dispatched and add the new tracking number manually. This to be done on the Seller Hub.

If you cannot change the tracking number, then contact eBay Customer Services they'll do this for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

thank you so much for replying back. The label is already there and i tried to click void label it didnt let me do it and neither it let me purchase a new label. Il do what you said pay over the counter. Very helpful thank you so much

You're welcome.

When cancelling that label for a refund use a PC / laptop perhaps and not the app or mobile browser, use Chrome that combination seems to work best with eBay.
