postage to N Ireland

I have charged Evri postage at £2.94 but as the customer lives in N Ireland the charge is £5.46. The customer has paid £2.94 so what do I need to do now?

Carriers charge extra for NI.

You can't charge buyer any more.

If you use RM, they delivery for same cost all over UK, including NI.

You have two options send the item with evri you pay the difference, or politely drop them a message and see if Royal Mail is acceptable in this instance (cost 2nd class parcel £3.75 or tracked £3.95 from your post office. Even a bit cheaper from Royal Mail direct.

This is the risk you run using ebay guesses at postage and using Couriers, who do not have one standard charge for the whole of the UK. This applies to N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands and all Offshore Islands, and other remote places.

Far better to use RM tracked 48, which is the same  for the whole of the UK.
