postage reminders and combined postage

Hi , just asking for information , it seems that i am no longer able to send payment reminders or for multiple buyers sending  a combined postage , this option has gone , has anyone else had this problem , buyers now have to pay for seperate items and i have to refund them overpaid postage back ,thanks

Ebay have confirmed this morning that the combined postage option is still not working.

I'm afraid they haven't said,as there still working on it!

There is no need to send invoice or payment reminder, ebay do it automatically. 

Only time is to combine postage.

It's the combined postage option is the problem . Buyers paying for
individual postage and waiting for a postage refund makes them nervous of
actually getting the refund

As said, ebay are working on combined postage invoice.

If you send payment reminders, it resets the 4 days when you can cancel as unpaid.
