As of yesterday I have had to wait for my cash TWICE since 4th Feb. First time it was the system. Yeasterday it was " protocol to wait for 14 days if its untracked. Today a chap who I bought a kit from has asked me to help him as his cash hadn't been paid either. Its less than a month since this crazy scheme has been in place & as far as I can tell its a non starter.
Yesterday I was told its not ebays fault its the post office, so I rang up to complain and to see if anything can be done. "Oh not another e bay customer!" said the person at the other end of the line, its all we get now. So e bay are you listening or is it all a big waste of time? You had a great system , sell an item get paid, easy . Now good greif talk about complex.
So if you are a private lister add a few pounds onto the postage price so you can send it tracked, if the postage section will let you and send it tracked or wait 14 days to get paid if the postie doesnt scan it. Oh just a thought even the free tracked should be scanned, thats what the lady from the post office said. Until something is done about this disasterous systen the forum will be full of "I havent been paid" complaints.
