Sold an item and paid for postage with eBay. The buyer has sent me the following message "Item not delivered due to sender not paying postage." I have checked Royal Mail tracking, but it is showing nothing.
Buyer should open a NOT RECEIVED CASE and you then refund, as without proof of TRACKED DELIVERY you cannot win, then see if you can work out with ebay what went wrong.
